Please close all other programs and disable MacroWorks I before installing MacroWorks II. With the Beta versions, problems could arise with both programs running simultaneously. MacroWorks I does not need to be uninstalled, merely disabled when running or installing the Beta versions of MacroWorks II. Operating Requirements for MacroWorks II Beta 2.1

MacroWorks II Beta 2.1 software for Windows is compatible with all X-keys USB hardware and requires Windows 2000, XP, or Vista.

Known Issue with MacroWorks II Beta 2.1

If you encounter the following error please follow these steps:

Click on “OK”.
Unplug the X-keys device and wait 5 seconds.
Plug the X-keys device back in.

The X-key should now work.
